Shipping Processing Times
We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Due to this expedited processing, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed. Our current processing times are around 0-2 business days, however, we do ask you allow a few additional days for holidays, inclement weather, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 48-72 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our Customer Service team.
Customs & Duties on International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and potential fees may be applicable to international orders. The amount and applicability of these fees are based on your country's regulations and fee structure. All customs charges will be payable by the customer, and will not be covered by Testolite. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office.
Damages
Testolite will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Lost or Stolen Orders
Testolite accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Testolite may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
