Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Free Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations including the United Kingdom, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on location and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high demand. If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will reach out with updates.

Customs & Duties on International Orders
Customs duties, taxes, and potential fees may be applicable to international orders. The amount and applicability of these fees are based on your country's regulations and fee structure. All customs charges will be payable by the customer, and will not be covered by Testolite. For more accurate information, please contact your local customs office.

Damages
Testolite will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Testolite accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. Testolite may at its sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
