Please note: Returns requested outside of these windows will not be accepted. In rare cases outside this window, store credit may be issued at the company's sole discretion.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for an item purchased directly from Testolite.com:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@Testolite.com within your designated return window.

  2. Authorization: Do not mail products back without contacting us first. Returns received without prior notification may be refused.

  3. Ship It: Once authorized, you will be provided with the return address.

IMPORTANT - Return Shipping Costs: While we are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on outbound orders, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost in transit.

3. Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a full refund of the product price:

  • Completeness: All accessories, cables, and parts originally included with your purchase must be returned.

  • Condition: The product must be in good physical condition.

  • Authorized Purchase: This policy applies only to purchases made directly on Testolite.com. If you purchased from an authorized retail store or third-party partner, please contact them directly to adhere to their specific return policies.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2-3 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • Original shipping charges (if you paid for expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

We pride ourselves on fast processing to get your device to you quickly. Because of this, we are often unable to make changes (such as address updates, item swaps, or cancellations) once an order is placed.

  • If you wish to cancel, email support@Testolite.com immediately.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you are welcome to return the item once it arrives, following the Return Policy above.

6. Refused Packages & Incorrect Addresses

  • Refused/Return-to-Sender: If a package is refused by the customer or returned to sender due to an undeliverable address, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred by the carrier.

  • Address Accuracy: Testolite accepts no responsibility for mis-shipped orders due to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. We are unable to refund or replace orders lost due to incorrect address entry.
