1. WARRANTY OVERVIEW
This Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") is offered by TestoLite LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to the original purchaser ("Customer," "you," or "your") of the TestoLite PRO device ("Product") who has purchased this optional Lifetime Warranty coverage at the time of original Product purchase.
This Lifetime Warranty extends coverage beyond the standard 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty included with your Product purchase. The Lifetime Warranty must be purchased at the time of original Product order and cannot be added retroactively.
2. DEFINITIONS
"Lifetime" means the reasonable expected useful life of the Product, which is defined as fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase or until the Product is discontinued by the Company and replacement units or equivalent models are no longer available, whichever occurs first.
"Defect" means a malfunction in materials or workmanship that prevents the Product from functioning as intended under normal use conditions.
"Normal Use" means operation of the Product in accordance with the user manual and intended purpose for personal, non-commercial use.
3. WHAT IS COVERED
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Warranty, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace your Product free of charge if it fails due to:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- LED panel failure or degradation below functional performance thresholds
- Electronic component failure under normal operating conditions
- Power supply or charging system defects
- Control panel or timer malfunctions
4. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (EXCLUSIONS)
This Warranty does NOT cover damage or failure resulting from:
- Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or physical abuse
- Water damage, liquid exposure, or submersion
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering
- Commercial use or use outside intended personal wellness purposes
- Damage caused by use with non-approved accessories or power sources
- Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, or discoloration that does not affect functionality
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, fire, theft, or loss
- Failure to follow Product instructions or safety guidelines
- Use of the Product outside of its specified electrical requirements
5. CLAIM PROCESS
To submit a warranty claim, you must:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at [support@testolite.com] with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your original order confirmation or receipt showing purchase of both the Product and Lifetime Warranty.
- Document the Issue: Provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect or malfunction.
- Receive Authorization: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any Product back to us.
- Ship the Product: Send the defective Product to our designated service center. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to our facility. Company will cover return shipping for approved claims.
Claim processing typically takes 5-10 business days upon receipt of the defective Product.
6. REPLACEMENT TERMS
- Replacement Products may be new or refurbished units of equal or comparable quality and functionality.
- If the exact Product model is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a current model of equal or greater value.
- Replacement Products are covered under the remainder of your original Lifetime Warranty period.
- Original accessories (cables, stands, cases) are not covered unless specifically defective at the time of original delivery.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- The Company's liability under this Warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the Product.
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Product or this Warranty.
- The Company's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
- This Warranty does not cover any claims for personal injury. The Product is a wellness device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
8. TRANSFERABILITY
This Lifetime Warranty is NON-TRANSFERABLE and applies only to the original purchaser. The Warranty is void if the Product is resold, gifted, or transferred to another party.
9. WARRANTY REGISTRATION
While registration is not required to receive warranty service, we recommend keeping your order confirmation email and proof of Lifetime Warranty purchase for your records. This will expedite any future claims.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Warranty shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
11. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Warranty is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding warranty coverage for the Product and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
13. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to modify these Warranty terms at any time. Any modifications will apply only to Products purchased after the effective date of the modified terms. Your existing Warranty coverage will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of your purchase.
